MyLife: RSE programme

The MyLife programme is available for young people aged 11-19 (and 20-24 year olds who are being safeguarded due to additional needs), who need Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) support.

This programme is educational only – we cannot support with general wellbeing, self-esteem, mental health concerns such as self-harm or eating disorders or trauma.

To refer a young person (who must consent to the referral being made) please complete the referral form, make sure you read the new referral criteria carefully, and give as much information as possible to enable us to triage the referral effectively.

Small Group Sessions

We will soon be starting to offer small group work sessions, which may be an alternative to 1-1s for some young people. Please contact us by email bristol121@brook.org.uk to show your interest and we can send you the information once it is finalised.

School Assemblies

Our assembly, Accessing Sexual Health, for years 9-13 covers how and why a young person would need to access sexual health services, a short refresher on contraception and STIs, along with signposting to local services.

We are able to offer this assembly once a year to each year group in Bristol, South Gloucestershire schools and colleges, as well as other local youth organisations.

Condom distribution scheme

Young people under 25 can access free condoms from organisations through the condom distribution scheme.

You can become a participating organisation where young people can go to get free condoms by booking onto a training session.
