MyLife Menopause Coaching

Menopause isn’t just about physical changes; it can impact your emotions, relationships, work and mental wellbeing.

If the perimenopause or menopause is having a negative impact on your life, you should never feel that it’s something you have to just put up with.

Brook’s MyLife Menopause Coaching Programme is here to help you feel empowered to take back control and navigate the menopause with confidence.

What is the MyLife Menopause Programme?

MyLife is a one-to-one coaching programme to explore your personal experience of the menopause, your symptoms, and their impact on your life. Through a series of tailored sessions with our expert Menopause Specialists, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to understand what the menopause means for you and find ways to self-manage your symptoms and changes to relationships, work and self.

Our trained Specialists offer advice and guidance to help you develop effective strategies that work for you. We won’t tell you what to do – we give you the information, support and space to arrive at the decisions best for you.

What will I gain from the programme?

MyLife is a comprehensive, tailored programme delivered over 6 one-hour-long coaching sessions with a Menopause specialist. All sessions will take place over video call, and can be scheduled around your availability.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be equipped with:

  • An improved understanding of the menopause, its impacts on different parts of your life, and a greater sense of control over these impacts.
  • Practical self-care strategies, tools and a personalised action plan to manage symptoms and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Insights on when to seek professional help or clinical support and how to navigate available options.

Why choose MyLife?

  • Bespoke. Every experience of menopause is unique, and one-size-fits-all solutions don’t work. We tailor the programme to your specific needs and goals.
  • Holistic. We know that the menopause intersects with many other happenings in a person’s life. Stress, grief, caregiving, etc. and we don’t look at your experiences in isolation.
  • Non-judgemental. MyLife provides a safe space to reflect on your experience of the menopause, and its connections to other areas of your life.
  • Inclusive. We support all individual’s experiences of menopause, and understand the ways different aspects of identity intersect with these experiences.
  • Actionable. Set a clear plan to implement positive changes to your life and wellbeing, with self-care strategies and tools.
  • Convenient. Virtual sessions that fit around your schedule.
  • Confidential. We value and respect your confidentiality.
